Helping Families Thrive: Supporting Children, Teens, and Parents

As a parent, watching your child struggle emotionally or behaviorally can feel overwhelming and isolating. You might wonder how to best support them or how to nurture a healthier connection within your family. I’m here to help families navigate these challenges and create a path toward emotional well-being and stronger relationships.

With over three years of experience in counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support, I specialize in working with children, teens, and parents. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where young people can express themselves, overcome challenges, and build resilience. I also support parents through parenting therapy, helping them gain tools to connect with their children, manage stress, and foster a harmonious family dynamic.

My Approach
I use evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Whether your child is dealing with anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, or emotional struggles, I work collaboratively to empower them with coping strategies and emotional tools. For parents, I provide guidance and strategies to navigate the complexities of parenting with confidence and compassion.

Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, ensuring that every member of the family feels heard and supported.

More About Me
Outside of therapy, I find joy in creativity and connection. I believe in the power of play and art to foster emotional growth, and I often incorporate these elements into my work with children and teens. When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy exploring art, spending time in nature, and finding inspiration in everyday moments.
