At Bien-être counselling, our team of compassionate therapists specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship challenges. We offer both individual and couples therapy, providing a supportive environment for emotional healing and growth. The duration of therapy depends on your specific goals and challenges. While some couples see progress in a few sessions, others may benefit from ongoing therapy over several months. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that meets your needs.
Session costs vary depending on the therapist’s level of experience, ranging from $90 for intern therapists to $250 for seasoned therapists. Most sessions are priced at $175. Sliding scale options may be available through our intern therapists.
Most insurance plans cover our services, but we recommend confirming with your provider for specific details. Please note that our services are not covered under Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
